Super sets!
- Do each set and rest 30 seconds in between 
- Triceps extension (15-20) 
- Chest fly’s (15) 
- Rest 
- Chest press (15) 
- Row (15 each arm) 
- Rest 
- Bicep curl (15) 
- Tricep dip (20) 
- Rest 
- Push up (10-15) 
- Lunge with shoulder press (15 each arm)
